These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the YayWin platform. By creating an account or using any part of the site or app, you agree to these rules in full. Please read them carefully before you register or deposit.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on YayWin. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same network — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed without return of funds.
When you register for a YayWin account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and a working email address. You must keep this information current. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
YayWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of your registered payment method, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be closed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any one-time PIN with any other person. YayWin staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact YayWin support immediately through the live chat option available on the platform. You should also change your password as soon as possible from the account settings section.
YayWin processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfers, direct bank transfers and debit or credit card payments. No foreign currency conversion is applied — your deposit amount in PKR is credited to your YayWin balance in PKR without any exchange markup from the platform.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your YayWin account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically instant or near-instant.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within the platform. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. YayWin reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from a JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account or card held in a name other than your own — are not accepted. Any such deposits may be returned to the originating account and gaming activity during that period may be voided.
Withdrawal requests on YayWin are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your name. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account or to a payment method not registered in your own name.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's withdrawal section at the time of your request. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required. YayWin will not be held responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the funds have left the platform.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Requests below the minimum amount will not be processed. Withdrawals are also subject to your account having cleared any active bonus wagering requirements — you cannot withdraw funds that are part of an active bonus balance until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
YayWin reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet showing your registered name, or other supporting documents. Cooperation with these checks is required for withdrawal processing to proceed.
YayWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, PSL match day specials and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion at the time of the offer, which form an extension of these general Terms.
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotions page and in the bonus notification you receive when the bonus is credited.
Bonuses have an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. If you have an active bonus balance, you should be aware that some deposit-funded balance may be subject to wagering restrictions alongside the bonus. Details of how your bonus and real-money balance interact are available in the account section of the platform.
YayWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, the platform will take a fair and reasonable approach to handling existing bonus balances. We will not retroactively change the wagering requirement on a bonus that is already active on your account.
All games available on YayWin — including slots, fish games and live casino titles — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems to determine game outcomes. YayWin does not manipulate game outcomes and the results of each game round are independent of previous rounds.
The following are strictly prohibited on the YayWin platform:
Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. YayWin reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed following investigation.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors or software failures — YayWin will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, any stakes placed on that round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided.
YayWin's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules for each market as displayed at the time of placing the bet, in addition to these general Terms.
A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation from the platform. YayWin reserves the right to decline or void bets placed after an event has started where in-play betting is not available for that market, or where the bet was placed due to a pricing or market error.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a reasonable period; the market was offered in error; the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault; or the event result is subject to a formal dispute that materially affects the outcome. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as stake money.
In-play betting is available on selected markets, including live cricket matches during PSL fixtures and major internationals. In-play odds change frequently and rapidly. By placing an in-play bet, you acknowledge that the odds at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply — previous on-screen quotes do not constitute a committed offer.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event and are displayed in the betting section of the platform. Where a winning bet would exceed the maximum payout for that market, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. This applies to both single bets and accumulator bets.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your YayWin account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your account with any other person, logging out after each session on shared or public devices, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
YayWin employs SSL encryption, payment tokenisation and fraud monitoring systems to protect your account and transaction data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks. You should be alert to phishing attempts — fraudulent messages or websites that impersonate YayWin to steal your login credentials. YayWin will only ever communicate with you through the email address and live chat system on the official platform.
If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, report it to YayWin support immediately. Prompt reporting helps protect your balance and allows the platform to take appropriate action.
YayWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended as entertainment for adults. It is not a source of income and should never be treated as one. YayWin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is handled through tokenised systems — the platform does not store your full card number or mobile wallet PIN on its servers.

Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method in the normal way. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
YayWin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where there is evidence of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or deceptive activity; provision of false information at registration; multiple account operation; money laundering; or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In such cases, YayWin will not be obligated to return funds associated with activity that breached these Terms.
YayWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted, YayWin shall not be liable for: loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control; losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure; or any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
YayWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect.
